Sam will direct a revival of Close the Coalhouse Door. Following performances at Northern Stage next April, the production will then go on a national tour (Journal Live).

Sara Kestelman, John Sessions and Sam star in episode 5 of Life and Fate, the Afternoon Play "Journey". It will be broadcast on 20 September (BBC Press Office).
