About
My blog has quite a lot of posts about Samuel West (Julius Caesar, On Chesil Beach and Darkest Hour) and Charles Edwards (My Fair Lady Australian tour and Henry IX).

I saw that about Daniel Evans a couple of days ago. He doesn't seem like the most obvious person for the job. Good luck to him though.
Not obvious because of relative lack of directing experience or because he's an actor?
The Guardian has an article about his appointment, it's quite interesting.
Not the most obvious because of relative lack of directing experience. I get the impression that Sam West's relative lack of directing experience raised a few eyebrows when he started in Sheffield. Daniel Evans appears to have even less. Still - very best of luck to him if he thinks he can do it, especially getting people in after the long closure.
Do you have a copy of the Peter Capaldi Daily Mayo Podcast? I would love to hear it.
